Led by a team of experts with over 100 years of combined experience, FEPL was the first company to provide oil mist lubrication systems to the Indian market.

Manish founded FEPL right after he finished his Bachelor of Science, in Mathematics from VES. In just over a decade, he has grown FEPL from a company selling spares parts for pumps into a turnkey operation that provides innovative technologies to petrochemical sector and beyond.

Sheldon has 15 years of experience in operations and business development in both the United States and India. His expertise is in business processes development, communications and creating new business opportunities. He received his Master's degree from Columbia University.

Mr. V.K. Rai, brings in very rich experience. He is Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh. Has more than 20 years of rich experience in various capacities in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., including Chief Mgr. Elect and Mech. Maintenance, DGM ( Shipping) and GM Projects. Has commissioned major Projects of IOCL such as Mathura Refinery, Panipat Refinery and Pradip Refinery.

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Muffakham Jah College Of Engineering . He has 10 years in various technical construction projects. Riyaz is responsible for Middle East business development and also supports large MNC and PSU .

Parul brings over 15 years of expertise in fund raising and business development in India. Her extensive experience in premium institutes such as Whistling Woods and AISFM has been a significant source of inspiration to the team.
